Shri Suresh K Warrier, the renowned corporate trainer was born to Shri P. Krishna Warrier and Smt. Thankam Warrier on 27th January 1961 at Ponani, Malappuram district. He had his secondary education from A.V High School where his father, a scholar in Shakespearean literature, was the headmaster. During the college days he made a mark as a students leader ,best NSS volunteer,and B certificate holder in NCC .

After graduation, Shri. Warrier, being aware of his strength in interpersonal relationship skills, started his career in J.L Morrison, an MNC Pharma company, as a medical representative in 1984 at Kozhikode. With 16 years of splendid performance to his credit, Shri. Suresh took voluntary retirement from Smith and Nephew where he was then Zonal Head of the Marketing Department to pursue his entrepreneurial dream.

His training journey kicked off in 1986 with JCI, Ponani Chapter. As a member of JCI, he got the rare privilege to attend several training programmes anchored by master trainers like Prof. Panchunath, Ramesh Batavia and R. Sunilkumar. The experience from these training sessions kindled his desire to become a professional trainer. In 1992, he became the President of Ponani Chapter and Zone Councillor of Zone XIX. He was given the badge of National Trainer in 1998 and International Trainer in 2000.

During the past 33 years, Shri. Warrier had conducted more than 5500 training programmes for not less than 150 leading organizations including corporates in the public and private sectors, social institutions, Universities and Government departments on a wide spectrum of themes such as human relationships, communication skills, customer relationship, team building, creativity, sales skills, leadership skills and so on. Shri Suresh is also a leading light in the social and cultural programmes organized by various organizations in the Cultural Capital of Kerala.

He is married to Lecturer E. Sreelatha, faculty of IHRD - Thrissur and is blessed with two gifted children, Anand and Aparna. Anand is doing business in Thrissur and Aparna is preparing for civil service
