BWS Serenity – WASA 2, a prestigious initiative of Bangalore Warrier Samajam, is a newly proposed residential plot project. The land for the project has already been finalized.

With reference to this BWS Serenity – WASA 2 proposed plot project, around 100 plots have already been booked. A few plots are still available for members of our community. Some members also visited the site and found the project very interesting. The details of the project are provided below for your reference.

Payment & Cost Details:

• Total cost for a 30 × 40 ft plot: ₹18.5 lakhs.

• The payment must be completed on or before 20th March 2026.

• Additional charges applicable (to be paid at the time of site registration):

– Front-facing plots: 15% extra

– Corner plots: 10% extra

– East-facing plots: 5% extra

* Allocation of plots will be on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment, with preference considered where possible.

• The current price being offered is the best available now, and prices may increase if bookings happen later.
