Sanjay S Warrier is from Kannur (Thaliparamba) Thermadam Warriem and is currently studying at Chinmaya Mission School in the Xth standard. He has appeared for the board exams last month. He is “Kala Prathibha” from Chinmaya Mission as well as “Kannur district”.

Veteran Kathakali actor Kottakkal Chandrasekhara Varier is honured with " Chalakkudy Kathakali Club Award". He has received the " Kendra sahithya nataka Academy award" of 2007. Chandrasekhara Varier is the head teacher of kottakkal P.S.V. Natyasangham. Natyarathnam, Kalahamsam, Thulaseevanam, Kaladarpanam, Suvarnakeerthimudra, Pavithramoothiram and Veerasringhala are some of the awards received by him, to name a few.
He was fortunate to be the desciple of Vazhenkata Kunjunair, Chethallur Kuttapanicker and Kottakkal Krishnankuttynair. He resides at kottakkal with wife P.V.Susheela varasyar, son P.V.Jithesh Varier and daughter Dr.P.V.Jyotsna Varier.

KOTTAKKAL RANJITH VARIER receiving the "PROMISING ARTIST AWARD-2007", from ITC SANGEETH RESEARCH ACADEMY, MUMBAI. Ranjith varier has got first prize in the All India Radio NATIONAL LEVEL CARNATIC MUSIC COMPETITION, and is now a "B grade artist" of AIR in Carnatic music.
Ranjith Varier is son of Dr.K.V.Sankaran ( Deputy chief physician- Arya vaidya sala) and P.V.Ushadevi ( Teacher- I.U.H.S.S., parappur).

Sreejith K. Warrier has been given the first Ulloor Bhasi Memorial Young Talent award. Sreejith is working as senior reporter for Malayala Manorama at its Kollam Bureau. His report "Aarumillathavan, ivan aankutty" in relation to Kerala School Youth Festival has won him the award. Sreejith is the son of Sri. K.S. Warrier (Chirakkal Warriem, Thamarassery) and Smt. Reshmi Warrier, daughter of Mr. Ramesh Warrier & Ms. Bindu Varada, Kuwait performed her Bharatanatyam arangettam on December 1, 2007at Kuwait Fencing Stadium. Reshmi was studying Bharatanatyam for 6 years at Nritha Dhanya dance school @ Kuwait run by Ms. Sujata Rajendran (w/o Mr.Rajendran Warrier). The colourful & traditional evening saw the arangettam of 70 other students of Ms.Sujata.

Sreedevi Warrier d/o T.V.Ramdas (Federal Bank), Warrier Quarters, Ottapalam and Rema (BSNL) secured 100% marks in Kerala State Board 12th exams. Her result was withheld due to some reasons and when it was published she had secured 100% marks. She is a student of T.R.K Higher Secondary School, Vaniyamkulam. She had taken Humanities as her subject. She was awarded with an ‘A’ grade for Sanskrit Short Stories competition last year in State Higher Secondary School Culturals. She was a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya till her 10th and she took Sanskrit as her second language due to her great interest in the language. She will be going for her further studies to Sanskrit Vidyapeeth in Tirupathi. Her brother Sreeram is a MBA student in Coimbatore. |
