It was a long cherished dream of the WarrierSamajam to own a building at Guruvayoor. Akshaya, the three storied building encompassing the Central Office and Cultural Centre.  Akshaya on the Inner Ring Road, East Nada is within the close circuit of the Lord Sree  Krishna temple, Railway Station and the bus stand. The Mammiyur Siva temple, the Thiruvenkatachalapathy Temple and the Parthasarathy temple come within an easy reach from the resort. We are extremely proud and privileged to note the following work has already been completed and let out to the public since September ’99.

• The ground floor. A multipurpose hall with all modern amenities
• The first floor as well as the 2^nd floor with rooms
• Ten Double Bedrooms, one three Bed room, one Six Bed room/ Mini Conference Hall.
• Total of 24 rooms.
• Another multipurpose hall (Aryavaidyan P.V.Rama Varier memmorial Hall by name) is already constructed and some finishing works are pending.
