I have suggested in a letter to the President of the Warrier Samajam, Kerala, that the time is more than ripe for not only the Ambalavaasis but all Forward Hindu Minority Communities to come under a single umbrella organization and work with combined energy to get their grievances and problems redressed.
May I suggest that the Warrier Samajam take the initiative to motivate the present Ambalavaasi Aikya Vedi leaders to accept a proposal that it be expanded to include all the forward Hindu communities and make a powerful organization called FORWARD HINDU MINORITIES FEDERATION. I consider that this is of utmost importance and relevance in the present context to resolve several issues of high concern to all these communities. A joint, highly-inclusive conference has to be organized to work out the modalities for forming such a body well before the Warrier Samajam's Annual Convention beginning 21 May. At the Convention,a resolution has to be moved for formally announcing the creation of the Forward Hindu Minorities Federation. Needless to say, representatives of all the forward Hindu minority communities should be invited for the Convention. This would be a highly welcome, appreciable and appropriate step. Perhaps Theertham magazine could give the lead for such a great meeting. On the basis of the decisions taken at that meeting, the formal coming into being of the Federation can be announced at the Convention. I am sure that it would indeed be a historic step.
I hope you will take URGENT ACTION TO BRING THIS ABOUT by writing personal letters to the Samajam President and General Secretary and other office-bearers of the Samajam.

Now that the World Confederation of Warriers has come into being and has started enrolling members at the individual and organizational level,I feel it would be wise on the part of the Warrier Samajam to take an organizational membership in the WCW and work together to achieve the laudable objectives which both the organizations have, the WS at the state level in Kerala and the WCW at the wider global level. The Annual Convention of the Warrier Samajam in Thrissur in May 2010 should take this historic step and strike forth with renewed energy. |

The World Confederation of Warriers has come into being and has launched its membership drive. It is important that the Warrier Samajam makes use of this opportunity to expand its horizons beyond Kerala and work in close collaboration with the WCW for achieving the common objectives. |

WE Need to be WINNERS-( excuse Spelling errors) These days young Warrier generation is smart and can rub shoulders with any other "Progressive" Community.
What we should do?
WE need to mould IAS, IFS and IPS professionals from our community > we do not have MLAs, MPs or Ministers from our side!!!!
While working itself they can prepare for Combined Civil services Exams.
Let us move from a corporate cabin to wider canvas . As a minority we hould be able to share " POWER " also apart from wealth.
I hope you all will take this in the right perspective .
Last year 13 IAS selections from Kerala. ( 9 are from one comunity!)
we need to think .

I got one suggestion that wherever one new member joins it should be specifically mentioned in a separate block and later (3 months after) it may be merged with the old one. This can enable the existing members to intereact with a new comer subject to his interest to interact. Now it seems that interaction is little bit trouble some.
Secondly, if majority agrees, we may spell as VARIER, instead of Warrier. Both suggestions put up verbally earlier. For considerataion please. |

Surprising indeed that members are not taking much interest in this site any longer. Why? May I request members to come out with concrete suggestions to enliven the functioning of the Warrier Samajam which has now become a worldwide organization. We do have a long way to go in developing welfare programmes, starting educational programmes and institutions, health improvement schemes,cultural bodies etc in various Unit areas. I am sure our enlightened members will have a lot to contribute by way of practical suggestions to help our new President, his Executive team, and the Board of Directors in evolving and implementing pathbreaking new policies and schemes. They would certainly welcome our positive suggestions in this regard. We should use this site for constant interaction with our Samajam leaders. Let us form an idea-generating team for this very purpose. |
